A spokesman for the Guardian Council of Iran announced the final approval of the housing production leap plan by the Guardian Council, Trend reports citing Tasnim News Agency.
"The 'housing production leap plan', which had been faced with obstacles by the Guardian Council in the previous stages, is considered constitutional after the parliament`s amendments,” the spokesman for Guardian Council Hadi Tahan said.
He expressed hope that the implementation of this law will lead to a boom in the housing sector.
According to Tasnim News Agency, the housing production leap plan is due to building 6 million houses with low-interest loans, in cheap lands.
The reduction of cost and time is among the terms of the plan.
