Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend U.Ismaylova / The State Real Estate Registry Service of Azerbaijan began implementing the project on real estate registration signed in July between the Government of Azerbaijan and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The project comprises of four components: registration of real estate; management and registry of the state property; base cartography and land cadastre; trainings, formation of the policy and management of the project. The cost of the project is $38.5mln, with $30mln by the IBRD.
The realization of the project will continue up to 28 February 2013.
