Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. I.Khalilova / The State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan sales 30% of shares of the Geychay-khleb company, the State Committee reported. The assessments of the contest proposals will be held on 31 January 2008. The applicants may get familiar with the privatization plan and submit the documents to 29 January.
The package of proposals should include the investment program, which envisages measures on production and sale of bread. The proposals must also include transferring of AZN 25,000 into state budget. The applicants also must submit a guarantee letter of any bank by AZN 8,000.
The authorized capital of the Geychay-khleb company made up AZN 484,467. The company was established in 1980. The company's liability made up AZN 2,680. The debtor liabilities amount to AZN 70.
