Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 March / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of "Azerigazbank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is 3,000,000 AZN, face value per stock is2 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"Standard Capital" LLC will be the underwriter for the placement of stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to any organization which is the member of "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and has a brokerage license. The issue prospectus of stocks of "Azerigazbank" OJSC is placed on the web-site of the Baku Stock Exchange.
