State Committee on standardization reveals bacteria in Can Su drinks

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Standardization, Metrology Patents has revealed a group of intestinal bacteria in the sticks of beverages under the brand Can Su.

"Monitoring was held on fulfilling requirements of standards, metrological rules and norms of the enterprise for the production of fruit juices Can-Pa," the State Committee said.

As a result, laboratory studies of orange juice "Portagal" brand "Can Su" revealed a group of intestinal bacteria sticks, physico-chemical indicators of the product did not meet the requirements of regulatory documents.

"Work is underway to ban the production and sale of juices," the State Committee said.

The State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents is the central body of executive power, shaping and carrying out state policy in the field of standardization, metrology, certification and protection of industrial property.
