Azerbaijani Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov will take part in the first global conference of transport ministers in Moscow. The conference is being held as part of a series of celebratory events dedicated to the Russian transport administration's two-hundredth anniversary.
He will also participate in a traffic security forum within the conference.
The anniversary events will take place from Nov. 18-20.
