Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development and Education Ministry are developing standards for professional training, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan Fuzuli Alekperov said
"Besides, teaching standards that are developed with the Ministry of Education will be introduced," the minister said.
He said the main purpose of introducing standards is the growth of professional skill in the domestic labor market.
The important element in the introduction of professional standards will also be the improvement of the investment climate, as today, many foreign companies in the country attract foreign specialists to work, the minister said.
"The introduction of professional standards will have a positive impact, both on the economy and the social sphere in Azerbaijan," Alekperov said.
