Under the auspices of Georgian Railways, Bakuriani hosted a company meeting on the results of 2010 and a business workshop to improve operational activity.
On the first day of the event, Professor Marina Karchava, invited by the Free University, held a workshop on improving operations management, using case studies from the Harvard Business School. The goal of the discussion was to get acquainted with the experiences and achievements of the leading global companies.
On the second day of the workshop, the Economic Department presented the company's results for 2010. The presentation addressed the restructuring of projects, financial results, operational indicators, and new approaches for 2011.
