The Azerbaijani State Standardization, Metrology and Patents Committee has adopted two standards in the food industry, the State Committee reported on Wednesday.
The State Committee approved the following standards - AZS 398-2011 "Dietary bread and enriched bread. General technical conditions" and AZS 442-2011 (CAC / GL 52-2003) "General principles of meat hygiene."
The new standards will enter onto force from March 1, 2011.
