Research carried out by the experts in real estate market in Azerbaijan identified seven factors that influence the formation of the cost of housing.
The article published in the "Dashinmaz Emlak" magazine of the State Committee on Property Issues named the presence of appropriate surrounding infrastructure as one of the main factors affecting price change in the housing market. Among other factors are employment area, its ecological status, the presence of public transportation, etc.
