The Chamber of Commerce of St. Petersburg will host the first meeting of the Organizing Committee on the establishment of the Azerbaijani Business Investments Association on Feb. 24 with the organization of the Azerbaijani Consulate General and the business community, the consulate said on Wednesday.
The event will be attended by over 70 businessmen.
The main goal of the establishment of the association is to provide legal assistance to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg, to prepare joint business plans, to ensure the participation of Azerbaijani entrepreneurs in economic tenders in the city, to assist small- and medium-sized businesses and to facilitate cooperation with companies in Azerbaijan.
