Georgian government sells Justice Ministry’s former building

The former building of the Justice Ministry located on Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi will be sold at auction. The initial cost of the facility is 500,000 lari ($ 1 = 1.67 lari), the Georgian Ministry of Economy told Trend.

According to the terms of the auction, the new owner of the building should allow the incumbent organisations and institutions situated there to use the privatised facility free of charge till Feb. 1.

The electronic auction will be held on January 18.
