The Georgian government has sold the former building of the Justice Ministry in the centre of Tbilisi for 700,000 lari ($1=1.67 lari).
Rustavely property company purchased the building on Rustaveli Avenue, 30 became, Georgian Finance Ministry told Trend on Thursday.
In accordance with the contract, the owner must sign an agreement with the Georgian Culture Ministry to maintain the building, which is referred to the cultural heritage.
Rustavely property company must transfer 12,500,000 lari to the country's public budget till Dec.1, 2012.
