Prices on construction materials in Baku decreased by 0.31 per cent in June compared to May, the Real Estate Market Participants Organisation said on Friday.
The average price declined by 1.3 per cent compared to the beginning of the year and by three per cent compared to June last year.
The share of domestic products in the total price portfolio on the market of building materials was 53.6 per cent, which is 1.15 per cent more compared to imports.
Monitoring was conducted on 37 denominations and 87 kinds of building materials.
"Price decrease was observed on market of construction materials despite sails increase in June due to seasonal factors," the organization noted.
There was a price decline for iron and dict products imported from Russia.
