Azerbaijani Kapital Bank has launched a new campaign on the eve of Novruz holiday, the bank's press release says.
The campaign will be in effect at "Bizim market", "Premium" and "Grandmart" stores.
Holders of Mastercard of any local bank in Azerbaijan can participate in the campaign. The campaign is aimed at encouraging clients to use cashless payments, and increasing the number of transactions via POS terminals of Kapital Bank.
Under the terms of the campaign, every Kapital Bank customer who makes a purchase at one of the aforementioned stores to the total sum of from 30 to 50 manats, from 51 to 100 manats, and over 101 manats will be given a scratch card.
The customer must scratch a line on the card and send an eight digit number to 9423 through an SMS from an Azercell number. Depending on the scratch card, the customer will receive a SIM bonus of 10, 20 or 30 free minutes. Every scratch card will win. The scratch cards are issued in three colors depending on the amount of the purchase - blue, golden and silver.
The campaign will end on June 20. More detailed information can be obtained on the Bank's website www.kapitalbank.az or through dialing the Bank's 196 Call Centre.
The official exchange rate is 0.7848 manat to $1 on March 19.
