Tehran to host International Construction Fair 2013

The 13th Tehran International Construction Fair (Confair 2013) will kick off at Tehran Permanent Exhibitions Fairground on July 3, Darioush Pak, the Secretary General of Iran's Chamber of Cooperative said on Tuesday.
The Mehr News Agency quoted Pak as saying that 800 domestic and foreign companies from 19 countries including France, Switzerland, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, China, Taiwan, Spain, Italy, Malaysia, Turkey, Gernamy, the United States of America, Syria, Japan, Finland, England, and Belgium will take part in the event.
"Some 1680 companies had requested to take part at the event but due to the lack of space we could only approve 800 companies," he explained.
The exhibition aims at showcasing the latest achievements in the fields of architectural hardware, ceiling & wall coating, color, paste, construction machinery, consultants &contractors, decoration &design, doors & windows, electrics & electronic equipment, elevators, financial institute, floor covering, gas constructive industries, governmental organization, housing cooperative societies, new technologies software, lifts and crane, locks & handles, other related group, pipe & fitting , rail & road, safe working tools sanitary ware & hygienic, scientific research, and stones.
The four-day exhibition will close on July 6.
