Kazakhstan to soften control over majority companies

Baku, Azerbaijan, Sept. 11

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakhstan will soften control over more than 60 percent of business entities, Kazinform reported with the reference to a Kazakh official.

"The majority of examinations are carried out by sanitary-epidemiological services. More than 60 percent of business entities will be transferred to softer control in this sphere. The checks will be carried out only in case of complaints," Kazakh First Deputy Prime Minister Bakhytzhan Sagintayev said at the meeting of National coalition of democratic forces "Kazakhstan - 2050" on Sept. 11.

Frequency of sanitary-epidemiological checks will remain at the same level only in the areas posing a threat since January 2015.

"Such frequency will be in nuclear power sphere, arms, drugs, poisons trafficking, as well as in industrial safety, as well as at epidemiologically significant and flammable objects," Sagintayev said.
If the entrepreneur fulfills all the requirements of the law, the inspection body should not check his company at all, first deputy prime minister said.
