Turkmenistan has adopted a program on improving the employment and creating new jobs for 2015-2020 and the action plan for its implementation, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported July 6.
The employment depends on the socio-economic development, the article said.
"The establishment of industrial-innovative facilities is among the priorities," the article said. "Their products can be competitive on the global market. The real income of the Turkmen people must be increased in the social development area by ensuring maximum employment of the working population."
The program was worked out given the current state of the labor market and the prospects for economic development of Turkmenistan in accordance with national programs of the state-level and regional, the city of Ashgabat, economic sectors.
It is also stressed that the main line is to improve the procedure of rendering the employment services.
"The implementation of the program and action plan allows the situation on the domestic labor market to remain stable, predictable and manageable over the planned period," the article says.
