Russian Sberbank's subsidiary in Kazakhstan plans to finance the projects implemented by Turkish companies in that country before late 2015, providing them with at least $50 million.
Turkish companies' total liabilities to the Sberbank subsidiary in Kazakhstan exceed $250 million, the subsidiary bank's press office told Trend Oct. 30
"The work with Turkish companies is a priority for the bank," the press office further said.
As of now, international desks of Sberbank's subsidiary render service to over 350 Turkish companies, or about 50 percent of all the foreign companies, serviced by the international desks.
Such large Turkish companies as Sembol, Renaissance Construction, Anex Tour, Pegas Touristik, Akfa Holding cooperate with the bank.
The Savings Bank said its most demanded services rendered by Turkish companies are cash management services, conversion operations, lending and bank guarantees.
The Savings Bank in Kazakhstan can offer its clients in Turkey holding talks, discussions and work out all necessary documents in Turkish.
Also, the Turkish language interface is available at ATMs, online office and online bank of the Savings Bank.
In addition, customers of the Savings Bank can withdraw cash from ATMs of the Savings Bank group in six countries, including Turkey, without commission (using cards issued by Savings Bank JSC, cards of Gold class and higher).
A unified tariff area is available as part of the Savings Bank group, which means that payments and transfers within the group are lower than the standard tariffs by 50 percent.
Savings Bank is also ready to offer its Turkish customers flexible terms on financing and issuance of bank guarantees, including the use of guarantees of the Turkish prime banks, as well as transfers from Visa to Visa, Master to Master bank cards to any bank card in the world, including to Turkish banks.
Savings Bank is part of Savings Bank international group. The bank has been successfully working in the financial market of Kazakhstan for seven years and ranks fourth in terms of assets among the second-tier banks of Kazakhstan. Today, Savings Bank has a branch network consisting of 117 structural units, 16 of which are branches. The central office of the bank is located in Almaty.
