Uzbekistan’s Uzbek Leasing International JSC and Russia’s KRANEKS Machinery Group JSC signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at supplying special equipment on leasing terms to facilities in Uzbekistan, the leasing company told Trend.
The project will be supported by Russia’s Trade Representation in Uzbekistan, as well as the Russian Export Center JSC, which opened its representative office in Tashkent in late 2017. These organizations also took part in the signing of the document.
In particular, the KRANEKS Machinery Group offers construction, mining and agricultural equipment to Uzbekistan’s facilities. The deliveries of the equipment may be carried out under direct contracts or on leasing terms.
Uzbek Leasing International JSC was established in 1995. Presently, it is one of the ten biggest leasing companies in Uzbekistan. The National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan with 41.6 percent of shares, Uzbek-Oman Investment Company - 38.7 percent and Malaysia’s Maybank - 19.7 percent are the founders of the company.
