Azerbaijani brand shops may be opened in Russia and Ukraine in the near future, a source close to the project told Trend.
According to the source, the proposal from these countries has already been received, and work on it is underway.
"All the organizational issues associated with the opening of stores, as was agreed, are taken on by the opposite side. The only thing that is required of us is to ensure the supply of local products. For this, we need close cooperation with suppliers. Readiness for participation in this project was expressed by Azersun Holding. We also want to attract winemakers to the project," the source said.
Initially, the project involves attracting large suppliers that can ensure uninterrupted supply of products. Then, as the source said, small entrepreneurs can join the project.
In general, it is envisaged that all types of Azerbaijani products will be sold in the brand stores. These are meat products, sausages, jams, compotes, mineral waters, hazelnuts, fruits, dried fruits, etc.
