In January-October 2018, Uzbekistan produced 148,300 cars, which is 31.7 percent more compared to the same period in 2017, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said in a message.
During the period, truck production increased by 5.3 percent and reached 3,370.
In January-October 2018, 532 buses were produced in Uzbekistan, which is 32.1 percent less compared to the same period in 2017.
In the 10 months of 2018, Uzbekistan produced 115,340 automobile engines, which is 49.2 percent more compared to January-October 2017.
In January-October 2018, the tractor output amounted to 2,710, which is 4.6 times more than in the same period of 2017.
