The project to create a hair dye plant in Azerbaijan worth 1.2 million manats is at the final stage of development, Sakina Babayeva, head of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan, told Trend.
According to preliminary estimates, the construction of the new enterprise can begin as early as this fall, Babayeva noted.
"This is a private investment project funded by one of the women entrepreneurs who is a member of the association," she said.
Over 143,000 women are engaged in business in Azerbaijan, according to statistics.
The Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Azerbaijan was created with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan and was established in October 2017.
