In the 1Q2019, 307 companies with Iranian and Russian capital were registered in Turkey, which is 165 companies more compared to the 1Q2018, Trend reports referring to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).
The total capital of registered companies with Iranian and Russian capital in the 1Q2019 was 41.994 million Turkish liras, in the 1Q2018, this figure was 10.302 million Turkish liras.
In the 1Q2019, 280 companies with Iranian capital were registered in Turkey, which is 167 companies more compared to the 1Q2018. The total capital of Iranian companies registered in the 1Q2019 was 36.627 million liras.
According to the TOBB, in the 1Q2019, the largest number of companies with Iranian capital was registered in Istanbul (226), and their total capital amounted to 26.882 million liras.
In the 1Q2019, in Turkey, among the companies with Iranian capital, the largest number of companies were in wholesale and retail, with a total capital of 17 million liras.
In the 1Q2019, 27 companies with Russian capital were registered in Turkey, which is two companies less compared to the same period in 2018.
The total capital of Russian companies registered in the 1Q2019 was 5.367 million liras.
The largest number of companies registered in the 1Q2019, in Turkey, with Russian capital were in wholesale and retail (13), and their total capital amounted to 291,500 liras.
