In January-February 2019, Turkey’s trade turnover with Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan amounted to $423.1 million, a source in Turkey’s Ministry of Trade told Trend.
During the two months of 2019, Turkey’s trade with Turkmenistan amounted to $102.1 million, and with Uzbekistan to $321 million.
“In January 2019, Turkey’s trade with Turkmenistan amounted to $54.7 million, and in February $47.4 million,” the ministry said.
In January, Turkey’s exports to Turkmenistan amounted to $32.1 million, and imports from Turkmenistan to $22.6 million.
“In February, Turkey’s exports to Turkmenistan amounted to $44.2 million, and imports from Turkmenistan to $3.2 million,” the ministry said.
The ministry noted that in January 2019, Turkey’s trade with Uzbekistan amounted to $167.2 million, and in February to $153.8 million.
In January, Turkey’s exports to Uzbekistan amounted to $75.4 million, and imports from Uzbekistan to $91.8 million.
“In February, Turkey’s exports to Uzbekistan amounted to $88.5 million, and imports from Uzbekistan to $65.3 million,” the ministry said.
The ministry noted that in 2018, Turkey’s trade with Turkmenistan amounted to $728.2 million, and with Uzbekistan to $1.7 billion.
