The Azerbaijani company “Alsana”, the manufacturer of sausage products, plans to increase production volumes under the Payim trademark, the company’s auditor Emil Tanriverdiyev told Trend.

He said that the volume of sausage production at the company’s plant varies between 3.5 tons and four tons per day.

“These are small volumes, so we intend to actively build up the production potential of the plant in order to increase these figures 1.5 or two times,” he noted.

“The company also plans to increase export deliveries. From the beginning of 2018, we have been exporting our products to Russia, and in the near future, we plan to expand the coverage of the Russian market by supplying products throughout the country. The volume of exports to the Russian market amounted to only 20 tons for the past year and a half. This is a very insignificant volume of deliveries, so we will increase supplies in the main export market,” he added

The company’s auditor noted that the retail price of sausages varies within 9-17 manats.

The company’s production facilities are located in the Keshlya settlement of Baku.
