The automatization of the control of heavy weight cars transport is underway, said Berik Kamaliyev, Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of Kazakhstan, Trend reports with reference to the ministry.
“Currently, the automatized assessment stations network is being created in Kazakhstan, which will use truck scales of fixed type with maximal accuracy. Along with it, intellectual transport system will be implemented for further process of full automatization of control of heavy weight cars transport,” he said.
“This will help to keep the roads in good condition, ensure that the requirements to the drivers are met, and allow to prevent the contact of drivers with policemen,” he added.
He also suggested to further study the experience of Poland in this sphere.
