The manufacturing of marbled beef via US technologies was launched in Kazakhstan’s Akmola region, Trend reports with reference to the press office of Kazakh Invest company.
The official opening of the largest meat processing complex in the sphere took place on July 11 in Shchuchinsk city of the region. The complex belongs to the KazBeef Group company.
Following the reconstruction, the capacity of the complex increased from 2,000 tons to 6,000 tons a year. Furthermore, second line of boning and special equipment for meat marbling gradation determination was installed at the complex. Distributing center Metro Cash&Carry, which can store up to 1,000 tons of product at the same time was also constructed.
KazBeef Group is a manufacturer of marbled beef in Kazakhstan. The animals are being raised via best US technologies, without using antibiotics. KazBeef Group produces meat via full manufacturing cycle, from growing feedstuff to packaging the ready product.
