Caris Transy‘lqurilish joint venture will be established in Uzbekistan to produce plastic fences and other products made from polyvinyl chloride resins, as well as to perform construction and assembly works, Trend reports via Uzbek media.
The Committee for Highways under the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan, state unitary enterprise Transyulkurilish and Caris Co., Ltd (South Korea) company signed an agreement on the further development of cooperation.
The founders of the joint venture are Transyulkurilish and the company Caris Co., Ltd.
The size of the authorized capital of JV Caris Transyo‘lqurilish LLC will be $43.75 million, with 80 percent share of Caris Co., Ltd formed from cash, equipment and other property.
The share of Transyulkurilish in the amount of 20 percent is formed at the expense of cash and the cost of evaluation for the right to use.
