Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM listed gold, copper, and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, is pleased to provide a production, sales and operations review for its Gedabek gold, copper and silver mining and production contract area ("Gedabek") in western Azerbaijan for the three months to June 30, 2021 ("Q2 2021") and six months to June 30, 2021 ("H1 2021"), Trend reports on July 14 with reference to the company’s report.
In accordance with the report, gold production totaled 12,342 ounces in the second quarter of 2021, which is by 2.5 percent more than in the same period of 2020.
Quarterly copper production increased to 695 tons (Q2 2020: 648 tons) which’s a 7.25 percent growth.
Silver production totaled 43,566 ounces (Q2 2020: 23,961 ounces) which’s 45-percent growth.
The company's revenues from the sale of gold bars in the second quarter exceeded $25 million.
Cash increased by $13.7 million to $36.6 million as of June 30, 2021.
