Iran's annual trade with China is declining, said the head of Iran-China Joint Chamber of Commerce Majidreza Hariri, Trend reports citing ILNA.
He went on to explain that Iran's ranking among China's partners in West Asia and the Middle East region has dropped.
"The Vienna talks could help change the situation and also help the issue of Iran becoming member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization," he said. "This, in turn, would help Iran's cooperation with China."
Also, Hariri believes creating a mechanism for money transferring (between Iran and China) would also help Iranian exporters when dealing with China.
