The possible financial channel (between Iran and China) would be an independent channel for money transfers, including oil export revenues, said Member of Parliament economic commission Gholamreza Marhaba, Trend reports citing ILNA.
"Having various financial channels with countries that are independent of the West would have more economic benefits for Iran," he said.
"Independent channels will help foreign businessmen and Iran would be able to bring back export revenues, including those from oil," he indicated.
"The western countries have tried to use their financial mechanisms against our country and follow political purposes," he noted.
