BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 3. As many as 8 industrial and mining facilities at a cost of more than 183 trillion rials (about $4.36 billion) were commissioned in Iran on July 2, 2022, Trend reports citing Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.

As a result of commissioning of these facilities, about 7,000 people have been employed.

The mentioned facilities will be engaged mainly in production of mobile phones and tablets, polymers, iron concentrate, various rubbers, etc.

In addition, currently, final works are being carried out on the commissioning of other 209 industrial facilities. Some 52 of these facilities are large and 157 are small.

More than 430 trillion rials (about $10.2 billion) has been spent on the construction of 209 industrial facilities, and 18,000 people are expected to be employed after launch of these facilities.
