Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan reach new heights

BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 19. Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 8.3 percent in value terms and 0.8 percent in weight terms during 11 months of the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2023 through February 19, 2024) compared to the same period last year, the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration said, Trend reports.

Based on available data, Iran exported 52,000 tons of non-oil goods to Kyrgyzstan for a total value of $69.4 million over the course of 11 months.

Statistics show that in the same period last year, Iran's non-oil exports to Kyrgyzstan amounted to 51,600 tons worth $64 million.

The information indicates that Iran exported mainly petrochemicals and agricultural and industrial products to Kyrgyzstan for 11 months.

The statistics add that for the 11th month of the current Iranian year (from January 21 through February 19, 2024), Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kyrgyzstan amounted to 5,160 tons worth about $6.12 million.
To note, according to the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration, the country's exports of non-oil products during 11 months amounted to about 125 million tons worth about $44.9 billion. Iran's non-oil exports decreased by 8.87 percent in value terms and increased by 11.4 percent in weight terms.
