On the results of the two-day 7-the special sitting of the Council of the International Association of the Ship Owners of the Black Sea basin on 21 September 2005 in Baku a Protocol was signed, the Azerbaijan State Caspian Shipping Company, a member of the Association told Trend.
Participants of the meeting took a decision on behalf of the Association to appeal to the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation on solving the issue of vessels to pass through the inner waters of Russia, as the problem is actual not only for Azerbaijan, but for other countries too.
The action plan of the Association for 2006 was also reflected in the document. Ship owners from Bulgaria, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Ukraine were involved in the meeting.
