“Azerbaijan completed development of the main parameters of the State Program on Poverty Reduction and Stable Development of Azerbaijan for 2006-2015. The parameters will be submitted for consideration to the appropriate governmental commission soon,” Farhad Aliyev, the Economic Development Minister, told Trend.
“The conception of the program will be developed till late 2005. It is difficult to speak about the value, as the program is planned to be implemented during 10 years. We suppose to allot $2bn on the purposes in the future. Approximately $1bn will comprise foreign arrears, while the rest will be financed from the public budget and other sources,” he underlined.
The 10-year program envisages development of 4-year working plans.
