Ali Ozkurt, the General Director of Det.Al Limited, stated that the company's investment project includes the construction of an aluminum plant in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
The plant, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons will be situated in Ganja. The new plant will meet all technological and ecological quality standards.
Det.Al Limited has an exclusive purchase contract with Azerbaycan AlГјminium. Azerbaycan AlГјminium is an aluminum plant based in Sumgayit City with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons and the plant is involved in the alumina production with a capacity of 450,000 tons a year.
The production volume of the project based in Sumgayit will be increased to 60,000 tons from 2007.
