Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Khalilova / On 13 June, an agreement will be signed at the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) on a syndicated credit in the amount of $140mln, the Chairman of NBA Executive Board, Jahangir Hajiyev, said. "The credit will be presented by a group of banks and the organizers of the credit are the City Bank, Commerzbank, etc. Possibly, it will be the final or pre-final syndicated credit for IBA," Hajiyev said.
The credit is presented with the rate of LIBOR+ 1%. The conditions of presenting the credit have been made concrete and the period of the credit will be clarified.
Presently the gross amount of IBA's gross debts amounts to nearly $300mln.
