Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend I.Khalilova / PashaBank received its legal registration in the Azerbaijan Republic on June 18. Earlier, the Bank was issued a permit by the National Bank of Azerbaijan to proceed with preparatory work designed at establishing a fully fledged universal banking institution.
PashaBank is an Open Joint Stock Company whose shareholders are legal and private individuals, residents of Azerbaijan Republic. The paid up charter capital of the Bank is AZN 10,000,000.
