Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / On 29 June the President of Azerbaijan signed an order making amendments to the rules of giving special permits (licenses) for the activity linked with precious metals. According to the order, the licensing will be realized by the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan. The cost of the State duties have been defined as following:
- cost of license for the production of precious metals and stones - AZN 5000;
- cost of license for processing and use of precious metals and stones, including repair and preparation of gem products - AZN 500;
- cost of license for the turnover of the products made from precious metals and stones - AZN 550;
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of preparing proposals on amendments to the active legislative base.
