Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of registered non-interest-bearing book-entry bonds of the "Texnikabank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is 18,000,000 USD, with a face value per bond at 1,000 USD. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC will be the underwriter of the placement of bonds.
