Bakielektrikshebeke (electricity sale and distribution in Baku) bought about 3.03 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in January-April from Azerenergy (production and distribution of electricity in the regions of Azerbaijan) compared to 3.05 billion kilowatt-hours in January-April, the company reported.
The company bought over 7.92 billion kilowatt-hours in 2010 compared to 8.1 billion kilowatt hours in 2009 from Azerenergy.
Bakielektrikshebeke bought 673.6 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in April from Azerenergy compared to 662.8 million kilowatt-hours in April 2010.
Bakielektrikshebeke paid on average 86.25 percent in January-April for electricity from Azerenergy compared to 80.5 percent in January-April.
In 2010 this figure hit 96.2 percent compared to 84.44 percent on average in 2009.
