Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale on October 18

A number of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on October 18, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.

According to the report, Iranian Zagros Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s liquid nitrogen, heavy distillate and mazut products; Kaveh Methanol Company’s methanol liquid nitrogen; Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate; Iranol Oil Company’s light extracts (DAE10) and heavy extracts (DAE40); Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s butane gas; Persian Gulf Fajr Energy Company’s liquid nitrogen; Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle, solvent 400, solvent 402, solvent 502, solvent 503 products; Jam Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate; Tabriz Oil Refining Company’s reformate; Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Shiraz Petrochemical Company’s methanol; Shazand Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate; Tehran Oil Refining Company’s heavy naphtha products will be on sale on the domestic floor.

“In addition, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company; LPG of Lavan Oil Refining Company; butane gas and solvent 402 products of Persian Gulf Star Oil Company will be sold on the international floor,” the report said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the report, on Oct. 17, Iranian Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Khangiran Gas Refinery’s gas condensate (S-500); Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s coal products were sold on the domestic floor.

"Light hydrocarbons (A80) of the Iranian Shazand Petrochemical Company were sold on the international floor," the report said.

A total of 16,200 tons of goods worth more than 1.87 trillion rials (about $7.12 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Oct. 17.
