TEHRAN, Iran, April 9. The head of Iran's Qeshm Free Zone Organization Afshar Fatahollahi announced the first export cargo of the Behin Super-Heavy Oil Refinery was loaded at Qeshm Island, Trend reports citing IRNA.
“The export shipment includes 35,000 tons of light hydrocarbons,” Fathollahi said.
Pars Behin Qeshm Oil Refinery Company is a subsidiary of Pasargad Energy Development Company in the Qeshm Island Free Zone. The main mission of Pars Behin Palayesh Oil Refinery is to construct Qeshm Heavy Crude Oil Refinery located on Qeshm Island in the southern Hormozgan Province.
According to the Iranian official, the company will be ready to load the second export shipment next week, including light hydrocarbons and bitumen.
