BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 6. More than 25,000 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX), on June 6, Trend reports.
Of the mentioned volume, more than 19,000 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered:
- Iranian Kermanshah Oil Refining Company’s 6,330 tons of pentane;
- Zagros Petrochemical Company’s 3,600 tons of methanol;
- Shazand Petrochemical Company’s 3,000 tons of pyrolysis gasoline;
- Shiraz Petrochemical Company’s 1,700 tons of methanol;
- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s 1,510 tons of methanol;
- Marjan Petrochemical Company’s 1,000 tons of methanol;
- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s 150 tons of mazut, 150 tons of heavy distillate, 60 tons of pentane, and 30 tons of liquid nitrogen products;
- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 300 tons of MTBE, 220 tons of heavy distillate, 200 tons of liquefied gas products;
- Jam Petrochemical Company’s 300 tons of heavy distillate;
- Tabas Parvadeh Coal Company’s 500 tons of tar oil products.
Also, 6,000 tons of heavy naphtha products belonging to the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company will be on sale on international floor of the IRENEX:
Meanwhile, the value of total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) amounted to approximately 31.6 trillion rials (about $75 million), during the last Iranian week (May 27 through May 31, 2023). This is an increase of 77.5 percent, compared to the previous week (May 20 through May 24, 2023).
The products at Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) are sold under the SANA exchange rate.
The SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 451,647 rials, and the price of $1 is 421,351 rials.
