ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, November 1. Turkmenistan is implementing measures to modernize technological equipment and ensure the smooth functioning of the Seydi Oil Refinery, Trend reports.
Deputy Chairman of the Government Batyr Amanov, reported to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the progress of work on the modernization of the refinery.
According to him, the modernization will be carried out in accordance with the plan to use the refinery at full capacity.
Focusing on a number of priority tasks, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov identified among the main ones an increase in the productivity of the Seydi Oil Refinery.
In this context, he noted that modern technologies should continue to be widely introduced at the subordinate enterprises of the plant and that new jobs should be created.
Meanwhile, the Seydi Oil Refinery actively updates the structure of its production, uses its production facilities as efficiently as possible, and at the same time provides a high level of occupational safety for specialists and workers.
