Personnel changes are held at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), an informed source at the Company told Trend.
Rasim Mammadov, the head of the Affair Department of SOCAR, was dismissed from his post. He is expected to be appointed to the similar post at the Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Ministry led by Natig Aliyev, the ex-President of SOCAR.
Khalig Mammadov, the former Deputy Director of the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery plant on personnel, was appointed the head of the Affair Department.
The personnel changes are underway at the Company, the source said.
