BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. The immovable property of Azerbaijan’s Bank Standard СJSC, which is being liquidated, and will be put up for auction at the Caspian Specialized Auction Center in Baku on August 19, Trend reports via the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund.
The bank's immovable property includes:
- residential premise (59,96 square meters) at 17 Huseyn Javid Avenue, Yasamal district, Baku
- two residential premises (73,4 and 54,90 square meters), at 15 Huseyn Javid Avenue, Yasamal district, Baku.
Their starting price is 227,800 manat ($134,000), 293,600 manat ($172,705) and 219,600 manat ($129,176), respectively.
Five percent of the sale price must be paid to the organizer of the auction. The purchase price must be paid by the buyer within seven calendar days.
