BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 29. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), bonds of Kepez LLC non-bank credit organization (NBCO) with a total value of two million manat ($1,176) were listed on the exchange on August 26, Trend reports citing BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 1,000 bonds with the state number AZ2009020804 and 1,000 bonds with the state number AZ2009020805 and with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588) a yield of 14 percent and 16 percent, respectively, each with a circulation period of 48 months will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company CJSC.
