The employees of Azerpocht state enterprise at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology will participate in examinations within the 'Development of Finance Services' Project on 3 August. By the end of the year, Azerpocht will offer finance-bank services
The questions have been divided into three categories, 30 - general, 30 - computer skills and 40 - specialized questions. A special commission consisting of eleven persons has been formed to select the employees. The task of the commission includes ensuring transparency in the process of selecting employees.
The process should be completed by 12 August. Currently the Azerpocht personnel comprises 113 people, but in the new administration 105 people will be employed. According to the new structure, 20 new departments will be established. Of them, 70% will be related to previous services and 30% on new financial-banking services. The new departments include the marketing department on postal and financial services, the liquidity department, the internal audit department, the treasury department and the department of information technology. The head of Azerpocht administration will comprise of a director-general and three deputies for postal services, financial and banking issues and exclusive financial issues.
